- Soil Health Management: We implement crop rotation and cover cropping to maintain soil fertility and prevent erosion.
- Organic Farming: We only use natural pesticides and implement pest management techniques to mitigate pesticide use.
- Water Conservation: Agave doesn’t require irrigation or watering systems, just natural rainfall.
- Biodiversity Conservation: Our farm follows the ARA Certification standards (Responsible Ambiental Agave).
- Composting: We recycle all the excess agave into compost to enrich the soil.

- Fair Labor Practices: We hire locally from the Villa Hidalgo community, guaranteeing a living wage and job security throughout the harvest.
- Local Community: We sponsor our local school and undertake one major improvement project each year. This year, we repainted the classrooms and fixed some broken piping.
